My only complaint with this product is the paint application. The colors on the shield looks very plastic-y compared to the stellar paint on the Captain America action figure itself. I'm sure Marvel Select was going for some sort of color contrast, but the shield just looks cheap.Regarding the paint application again, it looks rushed. One of Capt's eyes is not even finished, missing the blue color for the iris of the eye. The metallic blue color paint is exceptional though, in contrast with the black-grey color on the costume.The base looks very cheap. The color on it looks cheap as well.As for the weight - super-light. There's barely any weight to it. It would have been nice if the base had a good weight to it to make up for the lack of weight with the figure.Sounds like a pretty negative review right? Well, I'm just stating the facts that I see fit. The paint itself was decent but the paint application has some sloppy spots. Each figure of course will vary.
