## Description

This mini tote version of our iconic backpack is the latest offspring in the Kanken family and can be carried either on the back or as a small shoulder bag. Just like the original, it is crafted from hardwearing, water-resistant Vinylon F and has two open side pockets and a large front pocket. The zippered main compartment has an inside tablet sleeve and it also includes an ingenious little seat pad — making sure that you can always sit down for a break wherever you are.

Suits my needs for work and like that there’s options on carry style. Quality seems really nice. I don’t know what material the bag is made of, but it feels like an almost velvety canvas. I can see myself using this for everything!

**Q: Can the straps extend far enough to be worn as a crossbody bag?**
A: No they can't..but they extend enough to be worn over the shoulder and stays at your side comfortably and securely

**Q: What are the dimensions of the outside pocket?**
A: 7” Length X 5” Height (about 2 1/2” depth)

**Q: Does it fit well as a backpack? The straps aren’t too short or it doesn’t fit too tight when wearing as a backpack?**
A: For me the straps are perfect as a tote or a bag pack. I will say that when I wear is as a bag pack I mostly only wear it on one arm, when I wear it on both arms it can be a bit snug.

I took this on a two week trip abroad and it was perfect. It is a mini backpack but had plenty of room for essentials when out and about. One day, I fit my water bottle, wallet, snacks, an extra set of clothes, and more! I also love how the design can be a backpack or a shoulder bag - sometimes you need to change it up when carrying something all day. My only complaints are that the outside side pockets aren't big enough to hold my water bottle (I have a smaller Nalgene) so the bottle has to go inside and the straps have no padding at all so occasionally the straps rub my arms.
