And I am a wimp so I had to adjust a few things haha... *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 August 2016* WHA!!No soft landing places here, my friends!If you want your backside whupped in a short workout stint, these are the kit for you!I am discovering that Elite Sports equipment is filling in a lot of gaps created by my chronic injuries. For example, I can only jog a very short distance before my knees turn into melons: which does nothing for weight loss, and I have quite a bit of post-baby weight to shift.I bought these innocuous looking pinky girly discs, expecting an equally lady-like workout on the living room carpet. That illusion lasted for about 2 or 3 "strides" (in place) on these sliders before I realized they cause even military special forces to weep for mercy! I tell you, these are probably the best invention on this planet since sliced bread and Thermos! I will no longer spend a frustrating northern Scotland winter wishing I could go for a good walk outside ~ instead I will be kicking my own backside right here in the house while warm and dry.
