At that time, I was in need of a griddle pan, so I decided to purchase their  Ecolution Artistry 11" Griddle . I was attracted to the eco-friendly non-stick coating on these pans--they use a water-based, Hydrolon non-stick coating rather than traditional Teflon/PFOAs--and I admit, I also loved the cute green flower pattern on the bottom! I wound up loving the griddle, so I was interested in purchasing other pans from the Ecolution Artistry line.I have found the Ecolution Artistry Cookware Set to be excellent as well. First, it arrived to me from Amazon extremely well-packaged (please see the photo I added to the item listing above). Second, the performance of these pans is AMAZING--I have NEVER seen a non-stick pan do its job so well! Foods just slide around, with very little oil/other coating needed. (NOTE: As per the instructions, I did "season" this set with a very light coat of cooking oil prior to first use.) Although all of the Artistry pots are dishwasher-safe, I prefer to hand-wash (to preserve the outer finish as well as the overall life of the pans). I could practically just rinse the pans or wipe them out with a paper towel, they are THAT non-stick.I think that this 8-piece set is excellent, but I wanted to mention that I have purchased a few additional pieces. In addition to the  Griddle  mentioned above (which was purchased about 6 months ago and has performed flawlessly), I also recently purchased the  Ecolution Artistry Chicken Fryer  and the  Ecolution Artistry 2-Quart Saucepan . I should also note that the two frying pans which are included in this set do NOT come with lids; this wasn't an issue for me, although it may be for others.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this set! I highly recommend the Ecolution Artistry series, both for their excellent non-stick performance as well as for their eco advantage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Safe cookware that works *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on September 27, 2014* When I first received my order, I was not very impressed - one of my pans had a very large dent in the side of it. Amazon (who has amazing customer service) quickly sent me a new set though and now I get to enjoy these quality products! I found this set while I was searching for safer cookware. I wanted to switch to something that was healthier and better for the environment, yet also affordable. Cooking with these is different than other pans I have cooked with, but in a good way. There's no need to use any oil or cooking spray and everything heats very evenly. The clean-up is my favorite part though. Even if I leave a pan sitting there for an hour or two after I cook something, I just add a little soap and water and all the food comes off so easily! No scrubbing or anything. The sizes of the pans and pots in the set are also great. Be warned: don't use any harsh cleaners or metal utensils on these. I use Mrs. Meyer's dish soap to clean these and bamboo or silicone utensils. As long as you're careful and take good care of this set, I think you will be very pleased with your purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars The best pans for the money *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2023* I had purchased an Ecolution frying pan at a local supermarket years ago and was amazed at how long it has lasted without the non-stick coating failing like other very expensive pans I have had in the past. So I purchased a whole set for my home for 100 bucks and now a smaller set for my New York apartment. These pans are inexpensive and based on my experience I am sure they will perform for a long time with minimal care. I only wish the 8-inch frying pan came with the smaller set I bought. The large set even comes with lots of wooden spoons that have proven very useful.
