This product makes a great snack, either on its own or with a dip. Super lightweight, a packet of this broccoli adds almost no weight to a backpack but adds huge value in terms of taste, protein, calcium and contentment (the latter being very important on physically and mentally challenging hikes). The product is low carb so it’s also great for a low carb weight loss program. It’s a big hit at picnic gatherings, paired with a tahini dip. Enjoyed by vegans and non-vegans because it feels and tastes more like a chip than a vegetable.😆 I’m hooked, both for everyday snacking and as an addiction to my backpack.
