Its nice and bright and ties in well with my aquarium ornament theme. However, getting it on the tank wasn't easy, and it still has a tendency to peel off at the top corners. The material is quite thin so you have to be careful when cutting to size. The instructions then tell you to spread the gel liberally to the backing and apply to the tank. Word of warning here...the "gel" is more like a thick oil, and you don't need as much of it as you think. I used a credit card to smooth out the air bubbles, and a fair amount oozed from the sides. This then went everywhere. We were sliding around on the kitchen floor for days afterwards.
