I used to have a leisure curl brand perm in the 90s. is this is box permanent curl?** A: This js not like a perm. You can have either a perm or leisure curl. These are different chemicals. You have to grow out a leisure curl to get a perm and grow out a perm to get a leisure curl. This is a box leisure curl like in the 90's . I have it now.
