Her truck is all black with some chrome...we are replacing all the chrome. This grille looks very sexy, even with her aftermarket bumper and brush guard, nothing bothered the installation of this grille.The only modification I had to do, was her radiator shroud has (6) plastic rivets 2 of these popped into the original grille. The new one didn't have these holes. it was easy to install the grille, layout and install the shroud with the other (4) rivets, then drill (2) 1/4" holes into these new grille brackets and pop in the plastic rivets.Be careful when bolting down the main 4 bolts that you have grill direct to metal, with no rubber between as this will raise the height of the grille just enough that you cannot close the hood. I accidentally did this. Once I installed correctly it was a perfectly snug fit and perfect close of the hood.My wife was beaming when she came out and saw it installed :)Yay me !! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprised… *by S***I on October 18, 2021* Grille came fast w/ no damage. Was satisfied with both its weight and rigidity.Mesh was decent. Not 100% perfect, but overall pretty happy with it.Install was a breeze and I was actually surprised it did not require ANY modification to fit properly. No elongating holes, makeshift workarounds, etc. to mount the grille itself. (I can finally be that guy…)I did have to drill two holes for the upper, “rubber” radiator diffuser “mat’s” (the thing marked “HEAVY DUTY”… haha!) push grip fasteners.Was going to paint it to match, but threw it on just to see if I could live with the matte/satin black. Matched my rims so left it.Anyway, hope this helps. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ One flaw *by T***. on December 5, 2017* The grill arrived promptly and was well packaged. Very happy with the look and fitment on my 2013 Ram 2500. The install took about 15 minutes. Note that the top mounting brackets did not have holes for the Christmas tree fasteners that hold the front engine/radiator shroud--the last step to finishing the install. While it only took a couple minutes to mark and drill the holes in the plastic brackets, my concern is that the brackets are only about 1.5 inches wide and a hole in the middle of a relatively thin plastic bracket might make it more prone to cracking in the future when weather, temperature extremes and vibration take their toll.
