Product is perfect and comes with everything you need to install. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Decent product, poor customer service. *by T***E on March 18, 2021* The overflow box works well, but I cannot say anything good about fijicubes customer service. While it still functions, the skimmer was damaged when I received it. I didn't wish to return the whole product, so I contacted fijicube for just a replacement skimmer. They demanded pictures, blamed the shipping company first, then all but outright accused me of breaking it and trying to scam them even though it was obviously damaged in machining.
