It works at a cellular level so I cannot tell you anything about whether its working or not. However, the vet uses it all the time and raved about it. The only reason I give them four stars is that the capsules are very large and the dog hates the taste of them if she breaks the capsule. I have had these end up on the floor in a cloud of powder if the dog chews. I either have to hide them in chunks of meat or a pill pocket or I have to pill her and toss them in with a bit of coconut oil. It would be good if they could work on the size or the taste to make it easier to get the dogs to get the medicine down.
