We ordered 3 strands to connect. They are not as fragile as I read in all the other reviews, but we did unscrew them before we hung them on our screened porch ceiling in V shapes. They can be spliced in order to make shorter if you have extra and it does not affect the rest of the strand. We used the Command strips to hand them and they are lightweight enough. Very satisfied! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You won't be Dissapointed *by S***Y on July 30, 2016* These are wonderful!! My company was rebranding my community so I had to kick it off with a party! What better way than with outdoor patio lighting! These were a decent price and they are a high quality. We hung these up on May 6th and they are still up looking great! I would definitely say they are very weather resistant too!
