Glued or elastic band?** A: I bought this to replace Jabra's original pad because the pad came loose from the plastic circle which holds the foam. Once that separates there's no other option other than to replace. I bought these to replace the pads on the Jabra Evolve 40. This version is a foam and pad in one. It's a much better design, and a bit stiffer than the original Jabra version, but still comfortable. To replace it you have to remove both the foam and pad and replace it with these one-piece versions. It goes on pretty solidly. Unlike Jabra's version where the pad is glued on to the frame, this one is all stitched together.
