I used these and really liked them. I had no problems with peeling like some other reviewers stated and the color remained nice and bright. I used them in muffin tins, so I don't know if they would have held their shape on a cookie sheet. I like the fact that was stated on the packaging not mentioned in the listing: "Our products are assembled by people with disabilities, providing jobs, opportunity and pride in the workplace." They are cupcake panless papers(which I didnt know before I got them but am positive it says it in the description) so they are very sturdy without being overly thick or hard to handle. I will still use a pan, but nice its an option.UPDATE:I did use a cupcake pan, but I am pretty sure they would have worked without it. They were awesome and I loved these papers! They stayed clean even though I had a fatty batter. So the grease did not seep through to give the wrappers the greasy look, as most unlined wrappers do.
