The first one I ordered was called Mouse Gray. When it arrived I was so disappointed as it was a very light shade of blue! Once I opened the package and unfolded the scarf I got over my disappointment very quickly, it was lovely. Still, I needed a true gray scarf to go with a new outfit I'll be wearing on my very first cruise. I contacted the supplier using the Amazon vendor link and explained my needs/wants, but also told them I was keeping the original one as I really liked it. I got a response back within 30 minutes! The customer service rep that I dealt with was very helpful. After apologizing for the discrepancy in the color I received he ( Zack) recommended the color Gray Flannel based upon my description of what I was looking for. I also ordered another scarf in the Dark Chocolate color. I received the two new scarves very quickly. They both are exactly what I was looking for as far as size, color and feel. This has got to be one of the best vendors on Amazon ! I highly recommend that if you're looking for a specific hue/tone/color that you take the time to contact this vendor with you specific needs. If you can explain it well enough, they'll give you a recommendation as to which color to order. The colors are off, but they are still beautiful. The Magenta is more like a dark pink, and the Tibetian is like a dark wine color. The Purple is purple, but it's a different shade from what was shown -- but it is still gorgeous. The quality of these scarves are great, and they are very soft and elegant looking. I wear these scarves using the "slip knot" method when the weather is cold and they do keep me warm. If the colors weren't off, I would definitely give these a 5-star rating. If you are looking for an exact-match color, like I was, chances are it's not going to happen. Having said that, the colors are still beautiful and I would buy again because they are nice scarves.
