So far it's been more than a month and this has made a huge difference in my joint swelling up and hurting. Worth a try to help my knees out. It worked but not immediately. Give it around a week and you should be able to feel the difference. It has also improved my skin texture as well....my skin on my hands seems to be a bit thicker now.Update: Been taking only two capsules a day (not 3) since March. My hair has started to regrow. I was under a lot of stress and lost a lot of hair. Now my hair has lots of those short ends coming in. My hair is down to my waist and the shorter ends will mean that in a year or so my hair will be full again. I did notice my knee and ankle problems are gone...I severely sprained my left ankle 9 years ago and now I don't even notice any ankle problems. My knee problems are gone now as well. My nails are much stronger now as well. Like I said before this stuff works!!! Also my wrinkles are going away!!! I just turned 73 and most folks take me for in my 50's!!! I don't use face creams either. I just use hot water in the morning with no soap to wake up. My mom used no soap on her face and she looked much younger than her 81 years when she died. Soap dries out your face she said...and now I believe her. Only thing I'm NOT happy about now is that back in March two bottles cost $8....now two bottles cost $16.
