I contacted BoB Gear that night via email, received a response the next morning and within 3 days of the day it happened a new, replacement stroller arrived on my front porch. We are both blown away with this stroller! The wheels and handling of this stroller are just dreamy! It is smooth and easy to push and turn. We both are so excited that the handlebar is adjustable. Regardless of the handlebar position, we are nowhere close to kicking the back of the stroller when we walk (this is a huge bonus for our own comfort while pushing) Our youngest granddaughter loves to nap in the stroller when we are on the go. The shocks are adjustable and amazing!! We look for reasons to go on walks to use the stroller. Since we are on the go a LOT, we definitely wanted the BOB parent caddy, weather shield and the snack trays. We are also big fans of buying stroller blankets for both seats so their blankets don’t slide off (or get thrown with an ornery ‘uh oh’). This stroller IS an investment and it is one of my favorite things to use with the grandkids!! It takes up room to store it in the vehicle, but the wheels are easier to remove and pop back on! We keep replacement inner tubes in the storage area below on outdoor/rugged trips, just in case we need to change them. (So far, we have needed them.) Run this stroller 3 - 12 miles a week for almost 2 years. Granted I have not tried another brand, however I have not felt a need to. This stroller runs GREAT, the double does feel like driving a dually truck but the agility you have left / right (with front wheel unlocked) is amazing. It is a bit pricy but well worth it in my opinion. The foldability is quick, while still a little bulky, it's a dual (what would you expect). I added a phone holder (designed for a bike) to hold my device while running.
