**Q: Can this be worn under clothes?**
A: You should wear something under it, like a t-shirt.  You can easily wear a sweatshirt or sweater on top of it.

**Q: Does the brace posture corrector hurt under your arms?**
A: The brace is very comfortable and does not hurt or rub under the arms. My only complaint is that the back of the neck shows under most shirts.

I've had horrible posture most of my life and I have been noticing it getting increasingly worse as of late. I walk so hunched over due to stress and such that I look like I'm carrying the weight of the world on my back. I purchased this product to try out and so far it has helped considerably. It is comfortable enough for long wear and helps me stay in a more appropriate upright position. I've only used it for a few days, but so far it has helped me maintain a better posture. I will happily continue using it long-term. Works great for the price point.

Not possible to put it on myself. Cannot use it unless someone else helps me. This is a real problem for me. Other than that, I feel pressure on my shoulders, so I guess it works.
