So far I am very pleased with the performance. Most of the time we can use just the audio and vibration mode but have to use the shock mode on occasion. I have tested the intensity levels on myself so I know what is safe for the puppy. Just enough there to get her attention.The one thing that could be improved is the collar for the receiver. The collar that comes with the unit is hard to adjust on a puppy that squirms around. We changed ours out to a snap lock with light weight webbing. (see picture) Very easy to do yourself if you don't like the included collar. Once it is set for the dog's neck size it is easy to snap on and off without affecting the fit. We take it off as much as possible to avoid any irritation to the neck.One other thing I would recommend the manufacturer consider is the layout of the keys on the transmitter. The larger (primary) key is the shock key. Personally I would like the primary key or keys to be the audio and vibration as opposed to the shock mode.Overall, a good performing collar for the money.Update: 2/25/21Had a problem with the transmitter. The shock key was sticking on and giving the puppy a longer than needed stimulus. I inquired with the seller about a replacement transmitter and Steven offered to send one at no charge.
