It took me a long time to figure out if this would fit my 2014 Samsung Note tablet (SM-P607T) but I decided to give it a try. It fits beautifully. More snugly than my old case. I don't use my tablet a lot so I don't know about durability but it's pretty good so far:Pros: Fits really well, material is thick and sturdy. Adequate cutouts for charging(open or closed), stylus docking, headphone jack, etc. Holds device more securely than some, unlikely to slip out. Included stylus pen is sleek and works well with the device.Cons: The elastic band for the extra stylus pen sits out pretty far from the device and causes the stylus to snag when taking it in out out of a backpack. I'm worried my stylus will get torn off sometime soon. Buy this case, and then buy the Spen with an eraser, and keep that in the stylus holder.The black material is a faux leather, but doesn't feel cheap. The magnet is the right strength, and it does indeed wake the device when you open it. If you find annoying the screen that appears when you open the case, you can disable it in the Settings (General -> Accessory -> Book Cover -> Daynote (uncheck)).The only complaint is when you fold the cover around to make it a stand, and you try to have it stand at a 30 degree angle from the table (not the pictured 60 degree angle), the cover slides out. I think this is just because the case is new; I expect it to wear a little and not "spring loose" after a while. I feel it may be a liability to someone who mistakenly uses the tablet with the pen side if there's no screen protector, but the stylus works fine. It's likely to fall out of the holder unless the pen pocket-clip is tucked on the elastic band but over time that would most likely shred it.The stand works but isn't the most solid.
