It can be adjusted to be very tall, and one part of the actual stand is flexible enough to move however you want and still is sturdy. The phone holder parts are flexible as well. The actual ring can fold in half. It has 3 different lighting modes and gets SUPER bright. Also on the back are 2 USB ports so you can charge your device. The only thing is you can only connect a phone to it, there’s no camera attachment. You can always use your own camera tripod in front of it though so no worries!
