And, I'm not familiar with and 11/2 type cable. A 10/2 shielded cable is .6 inches. So from that I would say you would need at least a 1/2 inch if not a 5/8 inch conduit. **Q: What is the outside to outside diameter?** A: Difficult to get a precision number. Using a digital caliper I measure OD of 9/16 inch or 14.2 mm. Because this is a split tube the OD will depend on what you put in it. **Q: What is the Temperature range?** A: the wire loom does great , it is designed to protect wiring on & around engines under normal running temperature , close to exhaust manifolds .
