The board is beautiful and this summer at Emerald Isle, Linda says she wants to go boogie boarding! The board is solidly built, a bit longer which makes it especially good for a women of our age and it's pretty! She may have to fight off the grandchildren to use it but I am excited about giving it to her. I am making a Hawaiian shirt for Linda, as well, and will drape it on the board before wrapping her present! Nice product, quick delivery and a great gift! ### ⭐⭐ Awesome.. *by A***R on 21 December 2014* Awesome...at first. Bought two for a beach trip with kids. Huge hit and lots of fun. First started bubbling on day one, starting to split at seam (underside) by day 2, pretty much peeled off the hard, shiny underside by day 4 so kids could at least still float on it. Thought that one might just be a lemon, but by the end of the week, the second was starting to split the same way. Really didn't hold up at all ( these were 7-9 year old kids). Would not recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Item correct size, but looks nothing like the picture. *by S***Y on 20 March 2013* Received the board in good shape and no damage. Appears to be well made, and everything was included. I ordered the red as I thought the yellow would be a little too bright in the sun. The color that came is more of a coral/pink color. It also does not have any of the design stripe on the left side, which I thought looked kind of neat. Instead it is just one solid color with a black logo on it. A bit disappointing but I will have to make it work.On a side note, when the item came, I thought it was the wrong one completely! The tag on the board said it was a 39", not the 42" I had ordered. I then saw "forty-two" on the bottom of the board and measured it and found it was really 42"**Update**Got to use the board in the ocean and it worked very well. Lanyard strap was strong and secure, although it was a bit small and could only attach it to my wrist. Durability appears to be good. Bottom is a harder plastic, with the top being a softer foam material which did get some dents and scrapes from kneeling on it and normal handling. For the limited use I will use this board will last a long time.I would recommend getting a pair of fins to use the body board, as the only way to catch a wave was to be in waist deep water.
