Then spit it out.; (2) Antiseptic mouthwash like Listerine (with alcohol in it) - use 2/3 oz or 4 tsp. - there's usually a marker point on the inside of the cap and swish around in your mouth for 30 seconds. Then spit it out; and, (3) Act fluoride rinse without alcohol - use 10 ml (there is usually a marker in the cap or use the squeeze and measure up to the line on the bottle with a pump). Swish around in your mouth for a full minute. Spit and then don't eat, drink or smoke anything for a full 30 minutes to ensure that the protective coat fully dries to protect your teeth. **Q: Do you just add the little tube of flavoring to the whole bottle if you want it to be minty?** A: Well I've never added the mint flavoring in because mint flavoring burns my mouth. It's a great addition to my overall oral health. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only mouth wash that has EVER gotten completely rid of my bad breath in just ONE use! *by C***E on May 1, 2026* This stuff could not have worked any better if I wanted it to. It genuinely is the only thing I have tried that's actually given me immediate results and COMPLETELY taken away my bad breath. I as very self conscious and embarrassed about my breath. It seemed like no matter how often I brushed, flossed, scraped my tongue etc, my breath was bad. I could like taste it in the back of my throat. I was immensely paranoid about it, would hold my breath and try to turn away from people if I was close to them. I went searching for a solution that would actually work and I am really glad I tried this one. It has some ingredient in it that completely neutralizes the sulfur compounds in the mouth that are the causes of bad breath. I also really like that it is flavorless and doesn't burn. I'm able to swish and gargle for far longer than I can with the flavored and burning ones. When using this stuff I usually brush my teeth first, scrape my tongue with a scraper, then I swish my mouth with water really well before using it. Once I pour into the lid and get swishing, I try to keep my tongue down as much as I can to let the rinse get to the back of my throat, I tilt my head back and let it sit there the longest because I suspect that is where most of the bacteria hides from me. Once you spit it out, DO NOT RINSE YOUR MOUTH WITH ANYTHING AFTERWARD. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 mins after rinsing as well. The bad taste/smell I could always sense in my mouth and throat was completely gone after the first use. I was so happy. I felt like I could talk to people and not worry so much. I can make out with my boyfriend again without being super paranoid.
