This is one of three items I've tried from this company and be assured, you're getting a higher end product. The stainless steel has some weight to it and feels very balanced in the hand. The hook is a nice touch, no more scorched fingers trying to fish that one piece out to test. I added a hook and it's hanging from the shelf under my hood.
