I love that they are thin but not too flimsy that they'll bust open. It looks and feels like they'll stand up to a lot of use, very nice quality! The different sizes are also really helpful, a bag for every job! I have bought end several other things from The Cake Boss brand and I have never been let down, I love the quality and consistency. Sometimes I even use them without a tip, to decorate sugar cookies (Perfect for flood-consistency royal icing).
