A: Grade A, arrived in as new condition. Battery life 98% no imperfections at all.

A: My iPhone was guaranteed to have 90% of the battery and I have the Amazon guarantee so I have been completely satisfied.

**Q: Can you easily transfer your data from your old phone to this iphone 11**
A: When I transferred my data it was effortless. Make sure your old iPhone is backed up on iCloud. When you set up the new one log into that iCloud and it’ll give you the option to restore the phone from back up. Your new phone will be exactly the same as your old one, even down to the Home Screen layout.

**Q: how good is the camera quality?**
A: Camera quality is ideal for my purposes. I particularly like teh facility to scan documents and cerate a pdf. Clarity is very good.

This re-conditioned unit is visually very good ie. no damage etc but the battery life is terrible. It needs charging at least twice a day and I only use it for text, whats app and a small number of phone calls. The free screen protector was too small for this phone.
