BUT, you may need to be little crreative if there is anything over what you are installing it on since it may tend to slide off. I installed mine on door handle to not keep it too close to the car seat to make it easier to reach for my kid. As you see on one of the pictures if you install it in the middle of the car seat your child will have to turn around and reach a little bit. We tried the Britax cupholder that is supposed to slide onto the carseat and it never stays on the seat, so we tried this one and it is working beautifully. With the clamp feature, it fits on whatever side of the seat you would like, and it definitely clamps tightly enough to withstand a 2.5 year old. Bonus points for including a snack cup for a toddler's incessant need for snack options.
