What works great for me, will do nothing for someone else, and be harmful to another. So the only way to know what works for you is to try things out, learn to be aware of what happens when you take something or when you stop, and have no strong expectations. The placebo affect is real, so you have to be careful and honest when evaluating when something is working or when it isn't.For me, Liposomal Glutathione is a very potent anti-inflammatory. I'm 61, work out regularly, and I can definitely tell the difference if I stop taking this for a few days. I'm much more stiff in the morning and more sore after hard workouts. Knowing what I know about glutathione, I imagine there are other benefits that aren't as obvious. It is one of the more potent antioxidants in the body, so I would guess there are other beneficial things going on below the surface of my awareness.So yes, this is crazy expensive. But if you have any of the other conditions mentioned by other reviewers, or if you're just more stiff and creaky than you want to be, this is worth a try.
