Works better than anything I have found, it removed the lime scale but revealed the scratches my my previous attempts to get it toilet clean. Wish I would have found this product earlier. Shipping for this product was a nightmare. I guess the royal mail service got hacked. It eventually got delivered the shipping company was very nice and after it was brought to their attention.I received it within a week. The whole process took over two months.
