Some documentation and a CD too, but I tossed those and downloaded the latest firmware, drivers, and management software.Overall, it's a great RAID Card for the money, does what I want. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent SAS Controller *by P***R on June 1, 2012* Received a product as described, it was well packaged and it was brand new. My experience with this card was a bit tedious, as I was not using it with an HP Server but a custom built system using a Gigabyte Motherboard. With the firmware it shipped with it stopped the system from booting or even accessing the bios.
