It adds flavor and helps maintain a moist outcome with smoking meats. I have used it 4-5 times now and love it. Also I thought it was a little expensive at first but seems that I will get plenty use out of it for my money. Review: Game Changer - The first odor when I opened it was off putting, but I trusted it and used it as directed. I watched Kosmos You Tube video on injecting a brisket before using it, which was extremely helpful, and the final result was an outstanding tasting brisket. I’ve smoked five or six briskets and used Kosmos Brisket Injection on the last two, have been outstanding. This is a flavor game changer. It’s a little spends, but worth it. ## Features - AWARD-WINNING BBQ INJECTION: Trusted by competition pitmasters and backyard legends alike, Kosmos Q Original BBQ Beef Injection is crafted for unmatched flavor and juicy tenderness in every bite. - TENDER, JUICY FLAVOR FOR ALL BEEF CUTS: Designed to enhance the natural richness of brisket, ribs, roasts, and more, this beef injection delivers mouthwatering flavor from the inside out. - EASY TO MIX & INJECT: Just mix 1/3 cup of injection powder with 2 cups of beef broth, distilled water, or your favorite liquid.
