Review: Fantastic Lights, Be Careful when Installing - UPDATE 17 Dec - The seller followed-up and is making good on my issues. I'm very impressed with their customer service efforts and that they are replacing both strips. I love these, but they are fragile. I ordered a replacement after slightly tearing one during installation. Then another line died 1/3 way down and I cannot tell why. I emailed the support line as requested before posting this review, but received no response after 2 days. That said, I'll probably order another line to fix this one, and figure out how to better protect them.
