A: Made in China.   Buyer beware.  Cheap.  Not tested by US FDA during import process.

A: I don’t have the box anymore but am trying to send pics of the tube with the ingredients on it but there isn’t anywhere here for me to attach.  Neomycin sulfate,polymyin B, pramoxine HCI
