Review: Worth It! - This book is worth it for the first basic biscuit recipe alone, where I learned everything I'd been doing wrong when attempting homemade biscuits. The first batch using the recipe came out perfectly! As a Southerner living up North who occasionally craves a biscuit like the ones you find everywhere back home, I'm delighted to finally be able to make them right. I'll be working my way though this one - every recipe is intriguing!

This small cookbook has many wonderful and yummy recipes in it! The Biscuit Cookbook is in a series and I have purchase everyone of them for myself and as gifts! I would Highly Recommend them to those who Love to cook and to others that Love to look/collect cookbooks!
