I am 6' 220lbs with body builder/athlete build. It's to narrow to stand between rails with my shoulders out I have to roll them in to get into it, if I hang to do a pull up the whole thing pulls forward and it rocks back and forth and makes scary noises when doing dips. I got this one because it seemed like the most heavy duty but its not.Pros: easy to assembleWould be good for probably around 175 and under.Looks pretty good.Adjustable height.Already listed the cons above.
