If you have a high arch or wide foot they would be too tight. Run a little short. I am between a 8.5 and 9. Ordered 9 and they fit good. They are very warm. Ice grips work fine on snow on top of ice. But if your ice is shiny beware! But then if it is shiny you should be wearing ice spikes or ice skates!
