I have only used them for a little over a month, but they're fantastic. Some things that definitely need to be followed, or you will ruin them: - You cannot let things over boil/fry on to the pans. It will eat away at the ceramic and that's when the coating comes off...which is one of the number one complaints from other consumers. - You should definitely wash the pot after use if you cook any type of red sauce. If you let it get too hot or sit for too long, it can stain and discolor the pot. - Do not over heat the pots. You really do not need to put these puppies on high heat. They get pretty hot on their own, and pretty quickly too. One downside, which I'm not too entirely bummed about, is that it did not come with the lid for the smallest frying pan and quart pan. This set comes with 4 interchangeable lids, and I only received 3. But, I just bought one at Walmart for a few bucks. Eventually, I would like to upgrade in the future and get a higher quality set. Another is that you need to be careful when grabbing the quart pans by the handles. There are two screws that hold the rubber grips on that heat up quickly and can be a nice, painful reminder to use pot holders.
