Love my parchment sheets. Don't know how I baked 53 years without it. **Q: Grease doesn’t go through ? Grease proof?** A: I have found that the grease does not penetrate thru the paper. But if enough grease pools up, it will spill off the paper and drain into whatever is underneath. These are not absorbent. They are the best parchment I have ever used- I use them with pizza crust at 500º and they don't burn. I am able to reuse them if I desire.
