The T roller I find useful for massaging the severe swelling in my feet, ankles and legs as I have bad Lymphoedema and it is soothing. Despite my age group I am really noticing a difference in my face after using merely around 8-10 minutes every morning after washing my face for less than 2 weeks. My neck and face feel much more toned and I believe I can see quite a difference in my fine lines and wrinkles, not so much in the deep set ones but I shall still work on them and see if they become less pronounced over time. All in all I am extremely glad that I bought this and for the reasonable price paid it seems to be admirably fit for purpose.
