I was EXTREMELY happy with their function and light output...these things are SO BRIGHT!! They continued to work night after night for about 2 years when one of the 4 went out unexpectedly. After a few months, a second one went out while I was at the Fire Department. I wrote the company a message explaining the issue and asked about the 5 year warranty. To my surprise, the company IMMEDIATELY responded to my email and asked for pictures of the failed lights. I quickly provided them with my order number from the original purchase, and the pictures they asked for, and they immediately sent me brand new replacement lights within 2 days! I was always happy with the lights themselves (until some burned out), but I could not be happier with the level of customer support I received.
