Two of the holes align while the other two don’t. You can drill the Yamaha mount to match the shad mount to get it to use all 4. I used only two for a year or so, but then some of the plastic broke on the shad mount. So I would suggest drilling the two holes so all 4 mount points are connected. Otherwise get an official Yamaha case. I personally would just drill the other two holes. This case is awesome and versatile. I’ve packed clothes for an entire week in it before. **Q: Is this for real a moped for 200 dollars?** A: yes **Q: Is it electric** A: No **Q: Does this rack fit the 2021 yamaha xmax,and if it doesnt which one does?** A: Two holes match.
