The plastic is a bit more substantial than a dry cleaner bag. Be careful when pushing your hanger through the little hole at top or the bag will tear along the top leaving more cloth exposed than you’d want. I use these for leather jackets, even skirts. I don’t think the whole skirt needs covering but if you do you’ll want a longer bag. The bag is easy see through so I will put two blouses together as I can see both, front, back, and side. One of the skylights in my closet area developed a small leak (I think the window cleaner got a bit too aggressive), anyway the drip would have gotten on one of my prized Johnny Was shirts. Just imagine how grateful I was that the shirt was encased in one of these bags…..I give 4 stars only because I think the throat for the hanger could be a bit better.
