Because of the high arsenic/mercury in rice, I try to avoid products with rice so a gluten free bread without rice is an amazing option! I am going to try the other breads from this brand. Review: Waste of Money - I let myself pay a ridiculous price for a single loaf of bread with the idea that I was going to experience an amazing sourdough bread, which is not typically possible having celiac. The picture makes the bread look like a normal sized loaf of bread, when it's actually just slightly bigger than a soup bowl. The texture is fine, but the taste is not sourdough and only passable as toast. This was a huge disappointment, and I'm bummed I wasted my money on this.
