Review: My favorite mustard (and I am a mustard fanatic) - If i could only have one mustard in the world, Edmond Fallot Dijon Mustard would be it. The more popular brands of Dijon taste pale in comparison. Pure mustard flavor is at the forefront, with nary a sense of fillers and just the right amount of heat. The texture is smooth and creamy. Honestly, it is better that yellow mustard for potato salad, better than English mustard with a pork pie, better than brown deli mustard for a sandwich. I’ve even used it to dip egg rolls into when I don’t have the hot Chinese mustard. You’ll pay more for Edmond Fallot, but it packs a lot of flavor and versitility into every spoonful, so I think it is great quality for the money.

**Q: Is Gluten Free?**
A: the ingredients : mustard seed, water, vinegar, salt citric acid, spice, potassium metabisulphite
the label does not indicate GF but this mustard is made and bottled in France. Not sure France cares \as much about gluten.
It is delicious. I recommend.

**Q: Does This Contain Dairy?**
A: It contains Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt, antioxidant: Potassium Metabisulphite, acid: Citric Acid, Spice.

**Q: What accounts for the wildly different cost for a pack of 2 jars - ie $14.23 vs $79.99?**
A: It is possibly a scam. You should definitely read the seller's reviews before buying from the seller with a very high price. We do know that this product is out of stock with our current distributor for a couple of months as of Feb 2022, so the price could also be high because of supply issues.

**Q: I’ve never heard of this mustard, is it as hot as amora or maille? i am looking for the hottest for my salad dressing.**
A: Not really hot just the best mustard flavor I ever had I use it on everything that you might put mustard on and then everything else too.
