It smells great not too over powering and very clean smelling so it's good for after a shower and you don't need the extra perfume smells. I feel like I can tell some difference tho. I'm a mom of 3 and nursed all 3 till the first bday! So needless to say my ladies have been looking sad for a while now. Not much there besides some skin very little mean on top bone and the last week or so I've felt some extra meat when applying it. I'm not sure if it's bc of the lotion or just massaging them more now but I'm excited to see how far it will go. I keep it beside the bed and at night after the kids are asleep and after my shower when I'm just watching TV I apply it and after with evoo. Read it does wonders for the ladies too.
