The Nextar 43NT is a versatile 4.3-inch touchscreen portable GPS navigation system that includes preloaded USA maps, an MP3 player, a photo viewer, and text-to-speech functionality for clear voice-guided directions.

## Description

Nextar GPS Navigation System 43NT features a 4.3" touchscreen display with built-in speaker along with voice-guided directions. It provides preloaded maps of the U.S. states on the SD card along with 1.6 million points of interest. Device Charge:  The unit is supplied with a car adapter for powering the unit while in the vehicle. Connect the car adapter power plug to the unit's USB port and plug the other end to the vehicle's 5V accessory/cigarette socket.Connection to signals: The unit's receiver is automatically connected to the satellite-based navigation system made up of a network of 24 satellites placed into orbit by the U.S. Department of Defense. The unit has to be turned "ON" and be fully charged.

Works, but not as user friendly as the 6 year old one it replaced.  Using the stylus makes inputting addresses and locations much easier.  Our main vehicles have built in GPS.  We bought this for our daughters.  You get what you pay for.

I  had my old one, which was  basically the same, for over five years,so am very happy that this one is just as good as the previous one. Love it! i would recommend it to anyone.
