My only problem was that the Reed that was provided with the saxophone was terrible, so I bought a new package for $5.00 Review: Not as Shown - 1st I noticed that the case and items other than the sax were not as described or shown in the photos. The octave key didn't move when pressed. When I used the curved piece included and had it lined up correctly the horn curved off to the left (not acceptable). The tone was very poor, more like an E flat than a B flat. I'm in my 9th year of playing a tenor sax and wanted to try Soprano. This was recommended by YouTuber and he did say "quality could be hit or miss". Sadly this was a "miss" and it's going back.
