The packaging was well secured and items were individually wrapped in plastic. It came with two types of metal bands. The bands themselves are well built with just enough weight to get that right balance. It also came with tools and instructions to remove links from the bands. Also provided are 3 pairs of quick release pins making it super easy to replace bands.
