(There's another size chart posted with the medium size photos which shows this size as medium - it's WRONG). After you find your correct size on the chart, ORDER THE NEXT LARGER SIZE because they run tight. Second: this product will work well only for certain body types since it is very wide. If you are tall, or your hips and waist are not very different in diameter (like the lean models in the photos) this may work well for you. I am short with wide hips compared to my waist and a low stoma. On me, the belt is uncomfortably tight at the hip and leaves a wide gap at the top. Aside from these cautions the product is well made, reasonably easy to put on, and customizable for your stoma size and position. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ so far so good *by D***W on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 11, 2021* At the time of this review there are two different sizing charts in the photos depending on the item selected. the not-english chart with the 2xl&3xl sizes appears to be more correct at least for the 2xl size. This likely causes a lot of the size issues people are having.I thought the belt was too small when I put it on it worked out nice. I had to stretch the heck out of it to get it on, thinking no way that this size will work. But then after I got is secured it wasn't not too tight at all, almost looser than I expected. The belt is very stretchy. You really have to crank on it to get it on, so I see why they made the hand spot.
