Gets very little use, but it's still necessary with modern, high-end bike components. I use Snap-On digital wrenches at work, and did not expect the same performance, but this unit is not user-friendly for setup or use. The LED that lights when reaching preset torque values is difficult to see unless you are only tightening fasteners that are easily accessible. The buzzer that should sound when the torque is reached, quit working. I contacted the seller to see if there is a remedy for this after I've owned it for just over 1 year. Update--Worked with SUG to solve my issues. They directed me to videos which illustrated how to reset the wrench and how to make changes to preferences. They sent me a replacement wrench which works fine now. The only problem I had was with the buzzer. I've since spent more time with the wrench and am now accustomed to its operation.
